Well...I have started back working out. I am taking a Boot Camp class on Monday nights and a Fun Fitness class on Wednesday night. I am doing 2 s six-week sessions of Boot Camp and only 1 six-week session of the Fun Fitness. So far I am very excited...it's working me good. I am excited to see progress. I'll make sure that I note any changes...which I am sure there will be some.
