I posted in May that I was taking some Boot Camp and Fun Fitness Classes over a span of two months. I have one last Boot Camp class this coming Monday evening. I am definitely stronger than I was a few months ago. I also feel thinner...if that makes any sense. I guess you could say that I have toned up.
So anyway, I am planning to take a few more Boot Camp classes after Labor Day, but that gives me a 6-week break. I better not fall off the wagon. I am planning to run weekly with a Fitness/Shoe Club that is located close to my house. Maybe there is something similiar by you.
I really feel that being with others pushes you to do more. I can't stop and I can't talk myself in to quitting earlier. In the end, I don't get as good of a workout if I do quit. I'll keep you posted on how things go....
