sTori Telling

Well... I kinda got off my list of books just a tad.
I had recently traded a book to receive
"sTori Telling" by Tori Spelling.

Guess what I did on Memorial Day.... I read the entire book!! Well obviously it was a fast read for me. I said before that once I get done with a few books....my reading speed picks up even more. My husband was quite amazed at how fast I have been blowing through books...

Anyway..I have started watching some of her reality shows and was curious to read her book. It wasn't the best read ever, but certainly better that I thought.
I also felt that she was vague on things throughout the story.

I was curious to read about what dirt she would spill on "Brenda" but really she didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. I am not knocking the book..I just thought it could have been meatier so to speak.

I do plan to read her other book that has recently come out. She can definitely keep someones interest. Her lifestyle is something that I can only image and that what was the interesting part of the whole story.

I am on the library waiting list for Mommywood. I am #34-which means 33 people are ahead of me--boo! I read Stori Telling on the flight home from Los Angeles last March. March 2008. I loved the book--I actually really liked her more after reading about her childhood and her first marriage and her mom, etc. She had an affair with a married man--she didn't really sugar coat it! True, she could have dished more on Brenda! :) I am also a big fan of the Tori & Dean Show. But actually as far as 90210 goes, I was always a Kelly fan.

P.S. I bought the book at the West Hollywood Barnes & Noble and they told me Tori was going to be there the next week signing her book. But I was already going to be back in Minneapolis. Still kinda cool to think that I bought the book where she later signed books!

Yeah I do feel the same about her. I always thought I wouldn't like her a whole lot, but she surprised me. The book was a good fast read and I look forward to her next book. I am watching some of her old shows "Tori & Dean: Inn Love" right now. She is someone I see that I could hang out with and I don't feel that way about most celebrities. Overall it was a good read...just wish she would have spilled a lit more dirt.

I know!! You know she must have a lot of dirt she could spill, too!!!
